Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor the temperature of the dishwashing machine daily to ensure proper operation.
• Remove cracked or broken dishes and notify supervisor.
• Store dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for next use.
• Dispose of all trash in a proper manner.
• Deep clean the kitchen monthly; sweep and mop floors, walk-ins, and refrigerators daily.
