Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is hiring a dishwasher at Ellery Arbor Memory Care in Colleyville, TX. You will wash dishes, monitor the dishwasher, and keep the kitchen clean to ensure residents receive top quality service at every meal.

Role requires reading, writing and speaking English and 6 months of commercial kitchen experience is preferred. This is a full-time daytime/evening shift in a memory care setting with a supportive team and strong emphasis on Residents First.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor the temperature of the dishwashing machine daily to ensure proper operation.
• Remove cracked or damaged dishes from service and notify supervisor.
• Store dishes, glassware and utensils properly for next mealtime use.
• Dispose of trash properly and keep kitchen area clean.
• Clean the dishwashing machine inside and out after each shift.
• Deep clean the kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerator and freezer each evening.
