Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is hiring a full-time Dishwasher at Ellery Arbor Memory Care in Colleyville, TX. You will wash dishes and utensils, maintain high cleanliness, and support a well-running kitchen for our residents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively.
• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Monitor dishwashing machine temperature daily to ensure proper operation.
• Identify and report cracked or damaged dishes to supervisor.
• Store dishes, glassware and utensils properly for next use.
• Dispose of trash in a proper manner.
• Deep clean the dishwashing machine and kitchen at least monthly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerator and freezer each evening.

What does a dishwasher at Sagora do?

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness
• Monitor the temperature of the dishwashing machine on a daily basis to ensure that the machine is operating properly
• Remove from service all cracked or broken dishes or damaged utensils and notify supervisor
• Store all dishes, glassware, and utensils properly for use at next mealtime
