Job summary

Yarzin Sella in Aiken, SC is seeking a dedicated full-time Dishwasher to join our professional culinary team. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with guaranteed 40 hours, no weekends, and $18 per hour.

You will operate the dish machine, hand-wash pots and pans, keep the dish pit clean, assist with basic food prep, and maintain health-and-safety logs in a fast-paced kitchen. A positive attitude and ability to read, write, and speak English are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience washing dishes in a food service environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine to keep everything spotless and sanitized.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items.
• Keep the dish pit, floors, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Assist with food prep tasks like parboiling and salad assembly.
• Sort and remove trash, restock clean dishes to the line.
• Complete daily food safety logs and uphold health and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team that values communication and teamwork.
