Job summary

Paysbig is seeking an EDR Utility Steward for our Milwaukee area operations. Starting at $15.44 per hour on second/third shift, you will maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support service in a fast-paced casino environment.

You’ll load and wash dishes, stock trayware, and help uphold sanitation standards while working with a team. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of related experience, and the ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Professional interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of prolonged standing and lifting up to 60 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Load dirty dishes into racks and dishwashing machines; ensure cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines; clean and drain.
• Distribute clean dishware to venues.
• Remove, sort and dispose of trash per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas and adhere to sanitation procedures.
• Maintain temperature and breakage logs.
• Comply with internal controls, policies, procedures, regs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
