Responsibilities

• Own the dishwashing process to ensure utensils and service ware are cleaned, sanitized and stocked.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware; keep dishroom clean and organized.
• Bag and haul dishroom trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean dishware for dining room and kitchen.
• Assist other employees as needed in cleaning and organizing.
