Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dishroom Lead at EASTVIEW INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING to oversee dishroom operations and provide direction to the team. The role requires maintaining clean kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment while ensuring timely shift coverage.

You will be the senior on site, guiding colleagues and coordinating with clients to meet daily service needs. This position offers full-time hours with afternoon/evening shifts and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
