Sodexo is seeking a Dishroom Lead at Northampton Community College to ensure clean, well-organized kitchen areas and lead a small team during shifts. You will maintain equipment, supervise dishroom operations, and provide direction to junior staff to meet client expectations.

• 1+ years of related experience in kitchen, dishroom, or hospitality setting.
• Must be team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
