Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dishroom Lead at Carroll College in Helena, MT. You will act as the senior member, directing kitchen staff, maintaining dish areas and equipment, and ensuring timely shifts and client satisfaction.

The role supports a collaborative team and emphasizes safety in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include keeping workspaces clean, washing dishes, sweeping floors, and moving supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related experience.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
