Job summary

gategroup is seeking a dishroom attendant to manage washable items and support a busy kitchen environment. You will separate items, load the dishwasher, and restock as required while following directions and collaborating with the team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, up to a year of experience, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. The role may involve varying shifts, overtime, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Up to one-year experience preferred.
• Current U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be able to read and write to complete required forms.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Work assigned schedule may vary, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Separates washable items (trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.).
• Places items on the dishwasher conveyor belt to be washed.
• Retrieves items from the belt and stowing as required, may include packing to customer diagrams.
• Follows directions and works as a member of a team.
• Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
