Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a machine and maintain clean work areas.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Restock supplies and assist with basic set-up and clean-up tasks.
• Walk/stand for extended periods and handle lifting up to 50 pounds.
