Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts Tulsa Downtown location is seeking a dishroom attendant to clean, transport and store china, glassware and silverware, and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas and the back dock.

You will work on sanitation, break down trays, operate the dish machine, empty trash, and help keep the dock area and surrounding spaces orderly. The role requires a professional appearance, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to work well with guests and be a team player.
• Stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
