Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is hiring a Dish Steward at Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will operate dish machines, handle delicate wares, and support daily kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

As a seasonal full-time role, candidates must pass a background check, be 18+, and be eligible to work in the United States. Alaska housing may be available.

Qualifications

• Must obtain an Alaska Food Handler Card or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, dry, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment, chemicals, and linens.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces.
• Assist with stocking kitchen and organizing products.
• Complete sanitization and food safety protocols and logs as directed by management.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience with a professional attitude.
