Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to support a fast-paced back-of-house team in Oklahoma City. You will ensure a clean, safe, and organized dish area and operate the dish machine efficiently to maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.

You’ll wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes to food-safety standards, restock wares, and help with prep tasks as needed. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth through extensive training and development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
• Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
• Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
• Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
