Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Dish Room Attendant to support kitchen staff with cleaning and janitorial tasks in Jefferson City, MO. You will wash dishes and appliances, restock items, and keep areas organized while maintaining clean floors and proper sanitation throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include operating dish machines, hand-washing select items, and assisting with food prep and station breakdown as needed.

Qualifications

• Must understand and follow health and safety standards.
• Must be detail-oriented, dependable and thorough.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and appliances using dish machine and 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain clean and organized designated dish areas.
• Properly store clean dishes, glassware and utensils.
• Monitor and adjust dish machine temperatures, water levels and chemical dilutions.
• Hand-wash items as needed (e.g. cutting boards, large pots).
• Keep floors clean and dry during shifts.
• Store food deliveries and organize dry storage shelves.
• Buss tables, empty trash, sweep, mop, and break down boxes.
• Assist with food prep and station breakdown as needed.
