Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates in Corsicana, TX is seeking a Dish Washer for the 2nd shift in the Kitchen department. You will operate dishwashing machinery, handle cleaning chemicals, and ensure that dishes and equipment are cleaned efficiently and to Russell Stover standards.

This role requires teamwork, strict adherence to GMPs, and daily participation in safety training. You will work in a climate‑controlled environment, wear required PPE, and contribute to delivering Only the Finest chocolates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with warm/humid environments and reading basic measurements (rulers, thermometers).

Responsibilities

• Operates dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Cleans dishes and equipment to company standards.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows GMP and FSQA training.
• Handles and properly stores cleaning chemicals and uses PPE.
• Reports any hazards or deviations to supervisor and participates in safety programs.
