Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Kitchen 1st Shift in Corsicana, TX. This role oversees 30+ team members and ensures production goals, quality, safety, and cost targets are met in a chocolate manufacturing facility.

You will train staff, enforce GMP and FSQA requirements, and drive continuous safety and quality improvements while maintaining a positive work environment. HS diploma and supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• A team player with good organizational & analytical skills.
• Must be results-driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned work area achieves production goals.
• Review schedules, reports, plans and objectives.
• Train, counsel and develop employees to perform duties.
• Provide clear instructions and communicate performance to goals/objectives.
• Ensure work meets quality, sanitation and safety standards.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety standards.
• Complete FSQA training and regulatory compliance.
• Report hazards, deviations or non-conformities to supervision.
• Promote continuous improvement of Food Safety Culture.
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
• Manage PTO and time-off requests.
