Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Florida is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to support our Back of House team, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized dish area that keeps the kitchen running smoothly.

You will operate the dish machine, maintain water temperatures and chemical levels, and help with prep tasks as needed. No experience? training is provided, and growth opportunities exist as we expand.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
• Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
• Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
• Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
• Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
