Anthony's Beach Cafe in Boise, ID is seeking a part-time Dish Machine Operator (DMO) to keep dishes, glassware, and kitchenware clean and sanitized in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

You will operate commercial dishwashing equipment, maintain a clean dish area, and support overall kitchen sanitation for smooth service. Training provided; opportunities for advancement exist in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machines to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Inspect items for cleanliness and rewash as needed.
• Keep dishwashing areas clean and organized, including sinks, counters, and floors.
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with organizing and storing clean kitchenware.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
