Anthony’s Beach Cafe in Seattle, WA is seeking a Dish Machine Operator (DMO) for a full-time, fast-paced kitchen role. You will operate commercial dishwashing equipment, ensure proper cleaning and sanitation, and support a smooth line in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machines to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment
• Inspect items for cleanliness and rewash as needed
• Keep dishwashing areas clean and organized, including sinks, counters, and floors
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues promptly
• Assist with organizing and storing clean kitchenware
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling
