Job summary

Master Concessionair, LLC is seeking a dedicated dishroom attendant to maintain clean and organized kitchen areas, operate the dish machine, and support back-of-house operations. You will ensure proper sanitation, stock supplies, and assist the kitchen team to meet high service standards.

The role requires physical stamina to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes all kitchen and restaurant areas, including walk-in coolers, freezers, storage areas, floors, brass, and stainless steel according to MCA specifications.
• Transports dirty dishes to the dish room and transports clean dishes back to assigned areas.
• Determines when guests have completed their meals and removes dirty dishes, flatware, and napkins.
• Sets up, runs, and empties dish machine.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and delimes dish machine.
• Scrubs pots, pans and trays in proper 3-bowl sink setup.
• Washes all items 100% clean the first time, every time.
• Restocks all cleaning products prior to running out.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and organized dish area.
• Cleans and maintains commissary prep area and back-of-house areas.
• Communicates product/chemical run outs, equipment issues, and quality concerns to MOD.
• Aids in moving and installation of beer, wine, and cocktail kegs.
• Assists kitchen as needed and stocks newly delivered items.
• Follows all safety, sanitation and security policies and procedures.
• Uses PPE properly and reports hazards to MOD.
• Maintains relationships with colleagues and supports customer satisfaction.
