Job summary

Excellence Services LLC in Palo Alto, CA seeks a polished Chauffeur/Groundskeeper to protect confidentiality and provide discreet, proactive service for Principal(s). You will anticipate needs and deliver timely, impeccable support in all transportation and property-care duties.

You will drive safely, maintain vehicles, and manage landscape tasks, while coordinating with the Property Manager and external vendors. Privacy, discretion, and loyalty are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent experience driving for high-profile Principals or C-Level Executives is preferred.
• Must be familiar with the Palo Alto area.
• Able to drive a wide array of vehicles including SUVs, luxury sedans.

Responsibilities

• Safe and secure transportation of Principal(s).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain landscape and garden areas as needed.
• Assist Property Manager in supervising outside contractors and vendors.
