Allied Universal is hiring a Surveillance Investigator to perform discreet surveillance of claimants to aid insurance claim administration. The role requires a Private Investigator’s license and a valid driver's license with driving experience.

You will investigate across workers’ compensation, general liability, property and casualty, and disability. The position offers a pay rate starting at $23 per hour and guarantees 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post offer, must complete Allied Universal Investigations' training/orientation.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience, preferably in investigations or protective service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to type reports in Word with minimal errors.
• Proficient with using laptop computers, video cameras and cell phones.
• Capable of maintaining focus and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across various coverage types.
• Utilize surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly.
• Document and report observations and relevant information clearly.
• Collaborate with other investigators and law enforcement as needed.
