Responsibilities

• Keep apartment in excellent condition.
• Air out and refresh residence; light housekeeping.
• Inspect for leaks, stains, pests, and other issues.
• Meet and coordinate with maintenance professionals; supervise visits.
• Ensure appliances and systems are functioning properly.
• Check Wi‑Fi, alarms, and battery status; report issues.
• Prepare residence before principals arrive; refresh linens.
• Run errands and assist with general domestic needs.
• Return apartment to usual condition after departures.
