Job summary

Evolver, LLC is seeking a Discovery Business & System Analyst to support the IT Unit by collecting, defining, and documenting requirements driving the Discovery Program's project portfolio.

The position requires an active TS clearance and on-site work in Washington, DC, five days a week. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, process improvement, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT experience across business analysis, systems analysis, software development, QA, and/or project management.
• 2 years in business/systems analysis, software development, QA, and/or project management in an eDiscovery or legal environment supporting Discovery.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SSBI and ability to obtain SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing capabilities vs. documented requirements to identify gaps.
• Create and maintain a requirements database showing how each requirement is supported.
• Collect materials from providers to assess how they satisfy requirements; analyze gaps in technology impacting processes.
