Anthropic is seeking a Discovery Operations Lead to build and run our discovery program within Litigation & Regulatory. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on discovery experience across the full EDRM lifecycle.
• Experience standing up discovery operations at a fast-scaling company.
• Experience embedding with engineering or product teams to define discovery and information governance requirements.
• Experience embedding with AI and automation in discovery operations.
• Experience managing significant discovery operating budgets and vendor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle (preservation, collection, processing, hosting, review, and production).
• Own the operational design and execution of the legal hold program including custodian workflows and tracking.
• Stand up and administer the discovery technology stack RelativityOne and tooling across Slack, Google Workspace, and internal systems.
• Design and document SOPs and playbooks for defensible, repeatable discovery work as the team scales.
• Operate the discovery vendor program including SOWs, pricing models, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate matter execution and escalations between in-house counsel, outside counsel, vendors, and internal teams.
