Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in school through the co-op term (undergrad or graduate).
• Available for a 6-month term starting January 2027.
• Available to work full-time on site in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

• Study the role of novel targets in inflammatory and autoimmune indications.
• Perform CRISPR editing, RNA isolation, qPCR, ELISA, and cytokine-based assays.
• Culture primary human cells and cell lines; conduct flow cytometry and microscopy.
• Collaborate with a multi-functional team and communicate findings clearly.
