Job summary

Openkyber is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Philadelphia, PA to design, build, and support ServiceNow solutions across Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM. You will implement Discovery for infrastructure mapping and govern CMDB with reconciliation and health dashboards.

You will drive CSDM adoption, enhance ITOM modules, and develop REST/SOAP integrations, custom workflows, and automation. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow apps and platform capabilities with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mapping.
• Configure and manage CMDB governance, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboards.
• Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practices.
• Implement and enhance ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub integrations.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, discovery, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and release management activities.
