Job summary

DOXA Bible Church in Indianapolis is seeking an Associate Pastor of Discipleship to provide pastoral, strategic, and organizational leadership for the church's disciple-making ministry. The APD will oversee Small Groups, Discipleship Pathways, and leadership development to reproduce disciple-makers across the church.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of ministry experience or an equivalent Master’s degree.
• Character aligned with Elder qualifications (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1).
• Leadership experience with departments or ministry organizations.
• Committed to an Ephesians 4:11-12 model to equip others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DOXA's Discipleship Pathways and Small Group Ministry.
• Develop and multiply disciple-makers through leadership pipelines.
• Provide training for coaches, leaders, and future small group leaders.
• Oversee Discipleship Pathway content and yearly Equip Classes.
• Coordinate one-to-one discipleship initiatives and Serve Team mentorship.
