Calvary Port St Lucie Inc. is seeking a Discipleship Coordinator to cultivate welcoming, Christ-centered environments where attendees grow toward full devotion.

You will recruit and train leaders, manage adult discipleship environments, coordinate baptism and communion, and help align classes with the pathway, while collaborating across ministries.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring weekend presence and office hours, with a focus on relational, systems-based discipleship.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in discipleship, small groups, or ministry leadership.
• Proven ability to lead and develop leaders and volunteers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relational skills.
• Ability to build systems while maintaining relational ministry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing leaders and volunteers.
• Manage adult discipleship environments and group launches.
• Oversee baptism and communion coordination with teams.
• Collaborate with departments to promote and integrate opportunities.
