Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Parenting and Volunteer Discipleship Manager to lead Parent/Child Dedication programs and develop a clear parenting strategy. You will bridge Calvary Kids, Calvary Youth and the home, creating resources and opportunities for parents to lead spiritually at home.

The role emphasizes collaborative leadership, volunteer engagement and the growth of family ministries, with a focus on equipping and empowering staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and teach in a ministry setting.
• Ability to organize and implement church programs and resources.
• Strong relational skills with parents, volunteers, and staff.
• Commitment to spiritual disciplines and ministry alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, teach and execute Parent/Child dedication classes and Dedication Day.
• Develop and coordinate a parenting strategy to empower parents as primary disciplers at home.
• Partner with Calvary Kids and Calvary Youth to bridge church and home.
• Create resources and opportunities for parents to lead spiritually at home.
• Lead and develop the Kids and Youth Parent Team and gather feedback.
• Build relationships with parents through regular meetings and events.
• Connect Parents and Volunteers to church ministries (Men, Women, etc.).
• Develop and oversee parent prayer, community and connection opportunities.
