Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing events in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, multi-project management, and deadline skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-department collaboration abilities.
• Experience in large multi-site church environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Events Director to develop and implement Discipleship Journey initiatives.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Vision Summits and related events.
• Maintain donor and Vision Ambassador communication and resources for engagement.
• Collaborate with Worship and Weekend Services teams for promotions and messaging.
• Develop and implement new Discipleship Journey opportunities with ministry leaders.
• Oversee the Discipleship Journey budget and ensure prudent stewardship.
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers for events and ministry initiatives.
• Provide administrative support within the Events Director’s workflows.
• Perform other duties to support the church’s mission and objectives.
