Job summary

Abundant Life Baptist Church of Lee's Summit is seeking a Campus Worship Leader primarily responsible for the Sunday morning worship at the Crossroads campus. This role includes leading the band and vocalists to develop a strong worship culture, recruiting and training volunteers, and planning worship services for various campus events.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in worship roles and excellent organizational skills, ensuring that worship services are high quality and inspiring. A competitive benefits package is offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of leadership experience in a worship role.
• Two years in a ministry leadership/care role is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the worship ministry at the Crossroads Campus.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of trusted volunteers.
• Plan and execute all worship services.
• Maintain the music library and musical instruments.
• Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with others.
