Abundant Life Baptist Church of Lee's Summit is seeking an Associate Pastor to shepherd the Crossroads Campus and advance the church's mission of seeing lives changed by Jesus. The Associate Pastor will report to the Crossroads Campus Pastor and oversee ministry, events, and relationships as required.

This role emphasizes pastoral care, discipleship, and leadership development within the campus. Strong communication, counseling, and relational skills are essential for building trust and guiding

Qualifications

• Three to five years of pastoral experience.
• Commitment to discipleship and counseling.
• Strong relational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and emotional/spiritual support for the congregation.
• Oversee ministry activities on Sunday mornings as needed.
• Mentor campus leaders across ministries.
• Provide pastoral care during church gatherings and through discipleship.
• Attend weekly Crossroads staff meetings and Team Trainings.
