Job summary

The Texas Water Development Board seeks an Outlays Reviewer (Program Specialist I-II) to review and approve disbursement requests and analyze financial data for TWDB programs. You will coordinate with RWPD, PAR, and engineering staff to ensure timely releases and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include reviewing budgets and invoices, maintaining organized records, and supporting the preparation of reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Planning, Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Program Specialist I: 1 year of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Program Specialist II: 2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and approve disbursement requests per procedures.
• Ensure documents are accurate and well-organized for review and payment processing.
• Review budgets, invoices, and outlays; coordinate with RWPD and PAR teams.
