SERVPRO Team CHG in Rolla, Missouri seeks motivated restoration professionals to join our crew and help families recover after fires, floods, and mold. You’ll respond to emergencies, perform hands-on restoration, and assist with water extraction, demolition, and setup of drying equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus (training opportunities available).

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.).
• Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and setup of drying or specialty equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers—providing updates and reassurance during difficult times.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization.
• Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right.
