Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Previous experience in restoration or related trades preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.).
• Perform restoration work including water extraction and demolition.
• Load and maintain vehicles and tools for each job.
• Communicate with team members and customers effectively.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization.
• Deliver top-quality work and take pride in the job.
