Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is hiring for a field restoration role in Rolla, MO. You will respond to emergencies (water, fire, mold), perform hands-on restoration tasks, and manage equipment and materials for each job.

You’ll work closely with teammates to keep customers informed and safe while delivering quality results. The role emphasizes teamwork, willingness to learn, and helping others in times of need, with on-site work including indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred.
• IICRC certification training opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.).
• Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and setup of drying or specialty equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers — providing updates and reassurance during difficult times.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization.
• Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right.
