First Atlantic Restoration in Richmond, VA is seeking a hands-on restoration technician to lead projects involving water, fire, and mold remediation. You’ll work on-site, assess damage, set up drying equipment, and coordinate with customers and team members.

This role offers on-call rotations, physical work, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll be part of a crew that handles emergency responses with urgency and care, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Comfortable using mobile apps to document progress.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team on water, fire, and mold remediation projects.
• Conduct detailed damage assessments and develop action plans.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and related gear.
• Perform demolition when necessary (baseboards, drywall, flooring).
• Oversee moisture mapping and documentation (paperwork & digital).
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the project and uphold standards.
