Job summary

BB Restoration Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Restoration Technician to assist in restoring properties damaged by water, fire, mold, and other environmental factors. This role involves performing cleanup, demolition, and other restoration activities to help clients return to normal after disasters.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to lift heavy objects, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in restoration or construction is preferred but not required, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly and work in confined or high places.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls for restoration.
• Perform water extraction and structural drying.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment.
• Document job progress and maintain detailed records.
• Set up containment for hazardous conditions.
• Assist in moving clients’ personal belongings.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
