Job summary

Southeast Restoration is seeking a Restoration Sales Advisor to assess damage on-site, collaborate with our Estimating Team to develop precise estimates with Xactimate, and keep clients informed through each step of the restoration process.

You will present the approved scope, secure signed agreements, and build strong relationships with insurance adjusters while maintaining meticulous project data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Other Relevant Skills: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Sales Goals.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• On-site inspections of damaged properties to document all damages and understand restoration scope.
• Collaborate with Estimating Team to provide documentation for detailed estimates using Xactimate.
• Keep customers updated on claim status and coordinate with insurers to determine scope of work.
• Present approved scope of work to customers, answer questions, and secure signed agreements.
• Build and nurture relationships with adjusters to support STRIP Sales goals.
• Collect and maintain site data, photographs, measurements, and notes for accurate records.
