Job summary

IICRC is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage relationships with customers and referral sources in the disaster restoration sector. You will prospect for revenue, cultivate relationships with insurance agents and adjusters, and continuously refine sales techniques to grow the business.

Responsibilities include maintaining client communications, preparing documentation for job reviews, and traveling within the United States to events and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in Disaster Restoration; IICRC certifications preferred.
• 6–12 months of sales experience or training is highly desired but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers and referral sources.
• Prospect for additional revenue opportunities and new sales leads.
• Develop key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other stakeholders.
• Continually build product knowledge and refine sales approaches.
• Prepare documents for client reviews and report on referral sources.
