BMS CAT is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurance professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hands-on experience managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction as a PM, Superintendent, or Supervisor.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in various phases of construction.
• Experience with residential buildings systems and finish trade sequencing.
