Qualifications

• Minimum of two years managing insurance reconstruction, remodel, or new construction projects.
• Ability to supervise multiple concurrent projects in various phases.
• Strong understanding of residential systems (framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, in-house trades, property managers, and insurers.
• Manage schedules, buyouts, and site quality control.
• Lead safety, documentation, and client-facing communications.
