Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking Mitigation Technicians to support emergency response efforts across communities. You will perform water and fire damage mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, and related services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate compassionately with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
• Flexible to work nights and weekends, with potential overtime.
• Desire to continually learn and contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Maintain a clean, stocked truck and proper equipment upkeep.
• Be reachable by phone and participate in on-call schedule as needed.
• Assist in warehousing and facility tasks; support team leadership when required.
