Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a front-line estimator to write accurate Xactimate estimates for residential and commercial disaster projects in Minnesota. You will define scope, ensure timely estimates, and work with internal and external teams to transition projects efficiently.

Responsibilities include negotiation, budgeting, invoicing, and coordinating crews, with on-call availability and a high-volume environment. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating disaster-related residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient with Xactimate and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Must live within 40 minutes of the Twin Cities/MN area.
• On-call availability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates using Xactimate for residential and commercial projects.
• Define scope of work and ensure timely, accurate estimates.
• Coordinate with internal and external personnel.
• Produce work orders and manage crews.
• Process invoices for accounting.
• Input project progress into project management software.
