Job summary

SERVPRO - South & East Stark County is seeking a Fire/water estimator/priority responder to identify project requirements, organize tasks, and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized, and possess outstanding customer service, you could thrive in this environment!

The Estimator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of restoration experience.
• Knowledge of Xactimate.
• Willing to be on an on-call rotation.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software (Xactimate).
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
