Job summary

Dry Force Corp in Austin, Texas is seeking a Restoration Technician - Water to remove and repair water-damaged materials and handle related issues. You will set up air movers, dehumidifiers and HEPA scrubbers to restore property and assess scope of new work.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license.
Overtime and some holidays required.
IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
Speaking English is not a requirement, but you must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore property.
Assess required scope of new construction and sell Dry Force reconstruction services.
Work closely with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all laws and policies.
Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
