Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction management or field operations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary field teams (inspectors, engineers, subcontractors).
• Knowledge of HUD CDBG-DR/CDBG-MIT program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and logistics of field personnel across LA County.
• Oversee field construction activities, inspections, and contractor work.
• Develop and refine construction processes and SOPs to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HUD CDBG-DR/CDBG-MIT and local building codes.
• Provide leadership and training to field teams and address performance issues.
• Coordinate with officials, contractors, and program managers to align activities.
• Prepare reports for grant compliance and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks.
• Travel across LA County for site visits, training, and support.
