Job summary

ICF is seeking a Construction QA/QC Lead to support Los Angeles County disaster recovery programs, focusing on QA/QC of construction activities and cost estimates. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of CDBG-DR construction experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting CDBG-DR or CDBG-MIT housing recovery construction programs.
  • Proficiency with Excel for client-ready deliverables and advanced formulas.
  • Knowledge of IRC 2024, IBC 2024 and local building codes.
  • Proficiency with Xactimate X or later versions for cost estimations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide QA/QC for construction activities as part of a team.
  • Manage a team of QA/QC specialists.
  • Review inspections, cost estimates, scopes of work, builder invoices, and environmental requirements.
  • Ensure programmatic documentation is complete and entered into the system of record.
  • Support development and delivery of QA/QC policies and training.
